Delivery estimates

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 14–25 days after payment and order processing. The estimate is indicative, not a guaranteed delivery date. Product availability, handover, customs clearance, public holidays and local delivery conditions can affect timing.

Shipping cost and address

The delivery cost is calculated for the products, selected options and delivery address in your order. You will see the quote before continuing to secure payment. If we cannot calculate a shipping option, checkout will pause and no payment will be initiated.

• Check the recipient name, phone number and street address before placing an order.
• Delivery eligibility can differ by product, option and destination.
• An updated shipping quote may be needed if your address or cart changes.

Customs and import charges

Your checkout total includes the item prices and quoted shipping. It does not include customs duties, taxes or other charges that may be assessed by authorities in Nigeria. If applicable, these charges are payable separately when the parcel is cleared or delivered.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it appears on the order details page in your account. Tracking updates may take time to appear after an order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery issues

If an order is delayed, the address is incomplete, or tracking appears incorrect, contact support with your order reference so the order can be reviewed.
